Ayodhya and Prayagraj Tour Itinerary
Combining Ayodhya and Prayagraj into a single journey is a deeply fulfilling spiritual experience. This itinerary connects the birthplace of Lord Rama with the holy confluence of the Triveni Sangam.
Day 1: Arrival and Ayodhya Darshan
Arrive in Ayodhya. Spend the morning visiting Hanuman Garhi and seeking blessings at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. In the afternoon, explore Kanak Bhawan and Dasharatha Bhawan. Conclude the day by witnessing the serene Saryu Aarti at Ram Ki Paidi.
Day 2: Ayodhya Peripherals and Journey to Prayagraj
In the morning, visit Guptar Ghat and Nageshwarnath Temple. After an early lunch, embark on the drive from Ayodhya to Prayagraj (approx. 4 hours). Upon arrival in Prayagraj, check into your hotel and relax.
Day 3: The Holy Dip at Triveni Sangam
Start early with a boat ride to the Triveni Sangam—the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. Taking a holy dip here is highly auspicious. Visit the Lete Hanuman Mandir (the reclining Hanuman) located near the Sangam.
Day 4: Prayagraj Heritage and Departure
Explore the historical sites of Prayagraj, including the Allahabad Fort (which houses the Akshayvat tree), Anand Bhawan (ancestral home of the Nehru family), and Khusro Bagh. Depart from Prayagraj in the late afternoon.
